B - I sent a package with your christmas gift to TAC via FedEx. Right after I dropped it off I heard about the roads on boths sides being out. Who knows how long it will be before you get the delivery now... I'm really glad I spent the extra money for 2nd Day Air. Oh well.
Doesn't paying for 2nd day air guarantee that it will get there in 2 days or your money back.**hint,hint**. K ;^)
Unfortunately, not when the reason for late delivery is "unavoidable delay caused by natural disaster"
